Elizabeth is a freelance food editor, recipe writer and recipe tester. She also prepares food for photography and television. Her experience has seen her work with some of Australia's best food magazines, publishing companies, food companies and chef's over the past 10 years.
Elizabeth has been the food editor on several best selling cookbooks and has written recipes for numerous food magazines including: The Australian Women’s Weekly Magazine and Cook Book Series, BBC Good Food Magazine, Good Taste Magazine, Super Food Ideas, Italianicious Magazine, Recipes + Magazine, Healthy Food Guide, House and Garden Magazine, Weight Watcher’s Magazine and Cook Books, and Cleanfood Organic. Elizabeth has also worked as a deputy food editor on one of Australia’s best selling food magazines.
Another aspect of Elizabeth's work, involves producing recipes to assist in the promotion and marketing of products.
